Ammon Place Getaway - Modern house, close to Centennial Trail and Riverstone!

Immaculate modern home in central Coeur d'Alene location! This fully upgraded 2 bed/2 bath home features LVP flooring throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled showers, 3 mini-splits, electric fireplace, a loft office area, and finished garage. Open concept design with plenty of natural light in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within half a mile to Riverstone, Spokane River, Centennial Trail, Kootenai Health, restaurants, shopping, and so much more!

An elementary school field and playground a few blocks away is open to the public. Enjoy main floor living, with the master bed and bathroom on the main floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom plus walk-in closet upstairs. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed.

There's an Apple TV in the living room, and Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom. Live TV through Spectrum is now available. Prime Video and Disney+ included. Use your Netflix, Hulu etc. accounts on our two smart TVs for additional streaming. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard area with a propane firepit, as well as a two-burner Charbroil propane grill.

The two-car garage includes dumbells up to 35 lbs. and space for bicycles or other items so you can stick to your workout routines while you're away from home. Coeur d’Alene Short Term Rental License #61490

This property is pet-friendly, but I do charge a $50 pet fee to offset the additional cleaning costs. When you make your booking, please select that you are traveling with pets, so that this fee is applied correctly.

Nicely Upgraded Property in CDA

Really neat property! Very well appointed and furnished. While not a huge property, very livable and great CDA location to be able to get around town. Very very clean.

Great property

We found the property to be as advertised and consistent with all the 5 star reviews. Modern and new, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, helpful amenities. We even used the dumbbells to support our exercise routine. Sarah is very accessible for any questions. Access is easy. Location is good with so much a short drive away.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the quietness of the community, yet it was close to everything in Coeur D’Alene. The house was clean and furnished with all the supplies necessary. We would definitely book here again.

Ammon Place

This was a great property for my wife and I. It is conveniently located with nearby freeway access. Just a few minutes for downtown and the lake. Saran was a great host with the property being clean and ready for us. She made check in a breeze. I would highly recommend Ammon Place to anyone coming to Coeur D’Alene.

Convenient and Quiet Location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in September. The location was ideal-easy to get to DT, Tubbs Hill and Riverstone boardwalk. The home was well-equipped and furnished. (My only suggestion would be to look into a less hard mattress-we found the beds to be hard for our senior bods!)

This home is in a good location to easily get to Riverstone or downtown Coeur d'Alene. It's very comfortable and well equipped. I did have a bit of a challenge getting the great room area warm, but there is a nice fireplace with blower to help

A lovely home located perfectly for access to freeways, restaurants, etc. Has wonderful extras like blackout curtains, and split loops in each room. Comfortable sitting area on the patio with a cool swing chair. Two smart TVs, comfy linens, and exceptionally clean. Will definitely book again!

Perfect.

Sarah does everything exactly right, and the place is modern, clean, and quiet. We were just a couple with our little bulldog. Perfectly located to get to everything. Feels safe and totally secure, and Sarah is super communicative and friendly/helpful. Absolute top rating, no criticisms. Definitely leave your huge pick up at home like others said lol (not an issue for our SUV!).

The house was great but the neighborhood was disappointing

Sarah was a great host and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable but we did have difficulty with the heating unit. The downstairs couldn't get warm enough and the upstairs was sweltering. We were there over New Years so very chilly outside but never could get the indoor temperature comfortable. This is no fault of the owner, but we couldn't get the TV to work. We wanted to watch the regular channels since it was a big football weekend but it was an AppleTV. Unfortunately I am over 60 and do not know how to use the streaming channels. We spent a lot of time on this but finally gave up and went to a local bar. Other than that, the place was very clean & comfortable! Thanks Sarah :)

Awesome spot. Just close enough to downtown (Sherman) that you could walk or drive but also far enough away to have a relaxing stay. House was decorated very nice! Only “complaint” would be adding a tv to the downstairs bedroom would be nice. Other than that it was perfect!

Getaway in CDA

Unit was spacious for 2 people and remodeled inside, also nice to have an attached garage. Backyard was cozy to hangout. We did several loads of laundry so that was convenient. The neighbors were quiet and it seemed to be safe, however, the houses in this neighborhood and around this complex was in (our opinion) a bit run down.
