"Staff was amazing. Have a food allergy and they were wonderful. The food was amazing too. Bar service was great and friendly! Had breakfast and supper. Room was pretty clean. Only complaint was some maintenance issues. The ceiling of the bathroom had a panel falling down. The hinge on the bathroom door was nearly fully out and the door did not shut right. Fixed that myself."

"Property itself was fine. The room was fine. The only thing that I had a problem with was the fact that there was one elevator out of order which meant only one elevator was working, so checking in wasn’t terrible but when it was time to check out, we had to wait for the elevator for a very long time before before we can even even go down and basically had to miss breakfast because even even though we were gonna be down in time since it took so long for the elevator to get us and bring all of our stuff down, we missed all the food and so unfortunately, it seems like we missed out on the amenity of having a free breakfast and then we also missed out on having what we thought would be an easy checkout and leaving the hotel room and then proceeded to need to stand in the elevator hallway for about 15 to 20 minutes if not almost a half hour before there was enough room for us to get on an elevator and bring all of our stuff down that we had."

"This is a very conveniently located hotel adjoined to Albany Medical Center. There is an enclosed walkway from hospital to hotel. The hotel is decorated tastefully. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price ( except for the cranberry juice which was starting to go bad - that tangy taste and tingly on tongue). Pool area definitely needs an upgrade also. Apparently there was a hot tub before. All they did was tile over the space. Every single tile in the pool area is a shad of beige- no plants, very few chairs. Our room was very nice. A secure bar in shower, lots of hot water, very clean, refrigerator, small microwave, and a coffee pod maker."

"Clean, friendly staff, no hairdryer. Breakfast is basic buffet style sub par quality. Dry overcooked rubbery cheese omelet with dry potatoes, cold hard boiled eggs, fruit and oatmeal as well as a waffle station. The missing hairdryer was replaced, but only after receiving a front desk call telling me to check the bathroom drawer and a staff member entering my bathroom to check the drawer without requesting permission to do so. I think that conduct is unprofessional and a guest should have an item replaced quickly without being questioned about it. Just a little more staff training needed perhaps. Overall, this is a good option if you’re just here on a quick work trip and you’re not expecting an amazing breakfast experience. The bedding was clean, comfortable and met my needs."
