Lenora was very good at communicating, she definitely facilitated my arrival and check-in with ease! "We recently stayed at the property for a week long high school event downtown. The app to get into the apartment was a little confusing when I first got it and we had a little back and forth to get it straightened out. It was operator error (lol). Once I figured out how to use it we were good. The place was sparce but we didn't need much. Was pretty clean and the furniture is decent. "The front gate did not lock creating a security issue. The front door main deadbolt was difficult to line up and lock The handle lock could not be locked from the inside at all. The water in the shower waswaa barely warm enough to stand. The dryer doesn't work.almost cold"
