Large modern villa with infinity pool 5x10m. 5 double bedrooms with brand new (2024) central A / C, 3 bathrooms with WC en suite, 1 bathroom with WC and one extra WC, one large livin floor with fireplace and dinner table, kitchen with all amenities and equipment, one large living room on lower floor with TV, stereo, sofas etc. Large terraced outdoor spaces with dinner table, lounge chairs, barbecue. Parking space for 4 cars. 5 minutes with car from shops, pharmacy, doctor, post office, bank, bakery, restaurants, bars etc. 4 fantastic beaches within 3 km. 45 minutes from Ajaccio airport. You reach the highest mountain peaks on the island within one hour drive, lots of various trails, rivers with crystal clear waters , biking and trekking in the vicinity .Quiet spot, last house on that side of the road.
