"Brand new. Nice location. Comfy beds. We stayed one night on the 4th floor. We could not get our room to cool down. Went to front desk around 2:30 a.m. to ask about it. He did come check the thermostat. Still unsure what the problem was. Also noticed there was no gfci outlet in the bathroom. I thought that was code? I found a hair tie and a plastic yarn needle on the carpet in our room so don't know if they actually swept it. The floor just outside the elevator had crumbs or dirt or something the entire time. Crumbs in the side chair in our room as well. I do understand it is new, so I understand a lot of it. Things are not built with the care they used to be built with in my opinion. I'm sure a lot of the staff are new too. Hopefully once they get into a routine it will stay clean. One funny thing is that they had these hooks on the wall for the mugs, but there was not actually enough space to use them, so the mugs just sat on the shelf. I don't know why they even bothered to put those hooks up. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. So, overall we were happy with our stay."
