"We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility.
To compensate, they gave us one free hour at the spa but failed to mention towels were not provided. We were told to either rent towels for €5 each or...
