"As soon as we walked in, the kids were hyper engaged in the play room and then in deciding who was sleeping where. With 13 Littles from 2 to 16 years old, it was chaos. With three levels it was perfect for spreading out and age grouping for movie time. The deck was amazing for having meals outside. When we ventured out we had North Beach one way and Garden City another way. We were close to everything. Views were unbelievable. House had everything we needed and then some. We can't wait to come back!"

"This was a perfect family glamping experience. Plenty of wide open spaces, but easy access to restrooms and showers that were always clean. My family fell in love with the corn hole games and the other outdoor games. It was a fun, easy way to start the day and end the day outside together. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights we were there and loved it."
