"First we were put in a room without an AC, so we had to be changed. Then our second room started leaking in the roof and we had to be changed. Then in our 3rd room, my wife and I were given a room with 2 twin size beds instead of a regular one for 2 people. The food during breakfast was always lukewarm, and there were several cockroaches."

"Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!"
