Maison du Lac - Villa with pool located next to Lac d'Annecy

"This is a beautiful property. Spacious bedrooms kitchen and living areas. Great views of the lake. The pool was amazing and beautifully kept. We liked the proximity of the house to the beach area in that the distance was walkable. Also walkable distance to restaurants and bars. We had great hosts who were very kind and informative. Our host David was very thoughtful and supplied a bike stand when we hired bikes. A great bonus of the property is that the cycle path is directly behind the house so very easy access. The house also has plenty of parking. Great base to explore areas around the lake. Would highly recommend."

"We had the most wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this property and host! The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was fabulous as was the hot tub. It was a nice walk or a quick drive to the nearest Lake Beach. And supermarkets were a quick drive away too. Really well located for a beautiful break away."
Trapper Chalet "CHALET DES CERFS"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est situé dans un environnement calme, agréable, proche de toutes commodités (20-25mn). Chalet très typique qui permet un dépaysement total. Très propre, bien équipé. Deux petits bémols :- la literie de la chambre. Le matelas a bien vécu, il est à changer. Cumulé au fait que le lit soit petit (ce qui en soit, si bonne literie, n'est pas un souci), il est difficile de faire des bonnes nuits quand on a des problèmes de dos.- Le voisinage (le plus proche sur la gauche de la terrasse) très réfractaires à la venue de touristes. Ils le font sentir dès notre arrivée (sans pour autant être agressifs, je précise). Cela peut provoquer un petit malaise lorsque qu'on veut profiter de la vue et terrasse (peur de déranger). Pour autant, je les comprends au regard du vis à vis et manque d'intimité tout l'été. Le bonheur des uns, fait le "malheur" des autres.Sinon, très bel endroit. Région magnifique."

"We loved the location. We love the public beach in Talloires, and is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Our room had a great view of the lake and a small private balcony. The hotel pool was absolutely lovely with a terrific view of the mountains. Friendly staff, definitely hope to return here again."
Spectacular! 2 bedrooms apartment at the Lake shores with parking

"I stayed at this apartment in Duingt with my family of 4. The view of the lake is incredible and the apartment has everything you need with the exception of air conditioning. We were lucky to be there between two major heat waves but the day time temperature was still quite warm (29-30C), so sleeping at night was a challenge. You can get a good breeze coming through the apartment which helps alot, but at night there are no screens so you tend to get some harmless bugs coming into the apartment. Other than that, the place is very nice with a recently renovated bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. It's a 10-minute drive to supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants. There is a dock area with boats and you have access to swim in the lake, but it gets deep very quickly. Instead, you can walk about 5-10 minutes to a nice grassy beach area next to the castle and swim there (depth is about 1 meter). I would definitely stay there again as long as it's not too hot!"

"Logement neuf ok normalement avec Parking ? stationnement impasse 25 m pour nous l'accès pleine d’ornières importantes et revêtement cailloux nos hôtes stationne dans une petite courre leur 2 voitures devant leur maison .......pas d'accès PMR passage insuffisant largeurVaisselle et ménagère ustensiles de cuisine bien usagées et hétérocliteéquipement ancien frigo télé Machine à laver micro ondes placard pour vêtements sans rideau et 4 cintres ......pas de hôte au dessus de la plaque de cuisson l été ok mais hors saison ???manger froid ...... on ne peut pas faire du neuf avec du vieux et avoir une bonne rentabilité de ce logement dans l'état actuel et le respect des clients"

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very picturesque setting. Local access to the bus and lake passenger boat. We were half board, however we found the evening set menu not always to our taste and there was no choice. Staff were very attentive."
