"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

Petit bémol concernant les chambres, il y en a trois mais l’une d’entre elles ne dispose pas de velux, ce qui peut être un inconvénient l’été.Les vues depuis les deux autres chambres sont magnifiques mais il faut se hisser sur un tabouret ou sur le lit pour les voir. C’est un détail mais c’est bon à savoir Globalement satisfaite de l’appartement et de sa situation."
