"Fantastic house with magnificent views!"

"Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à...

"Nice house with lot of space and a clean pool. Steep road to the mansion. Friendly owner, lot of beer glasses and just one wine glass. Over all a perfect place for a week with friends in the Marche."

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "This is a stunning property with equally beautiful views of all around. You really feel you have the whole valley to yourself. The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). The infinity pool is large and impeccably maintained which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The outdoor dining area is superb, with excellent BBQ facilities, wine fridge, and a very large round table and comfortable outdoor...

"The house is renovated in a very pleasant way. It is spacy and holds what you need. A lovely swimming pool, nice large garden, beautiful view, and very quiet. We had excellent communication with the owner and the local vontact person. Highly recommendable place for a stay for a larger group of people."

"The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation. "

"House in the middle of fields. Picturesque surroundings. Peace, quiet, safety. Very friendly owners. There is a dog, a cat, ducks, peacocks. Beautiful view of the town on the hill from the pool. A few minutes by car to the nearest beach. Great internet. I spent a wonderful time there with my son. We will gladly come back here. Best regards Tomasz and Eryk."
