"We rented the cottage in order to visit the Hawk Tower in the Essex Cty Conservation Area. It was the perfect convenient location and a cozy place to relax after a day spent outdoors. The closeness of the park and marina was a massive plus for our family.y son and husband caught many fish off.the pier. We also visited the restaurant right by the marina.. "The property was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Lots of windows with a few that can be a little stiff when trying to close or open the metal exterior blinds but manageable. On our first day it was cool and windy on the lake with huge waves crashing against the rocks out front and splashing against the large bay windows, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Had unexpected guests arrive for a few drinks and late night hot tub but unfortunately tub water level wasn't checked...
