  • Situated right above Lake Champlain, this cozy two bedroom showcases beautiful lake views, a fireplace, three season porch and outside deck. The beach access is just down the stairs where you can enjoy the sandy beach.

    Just outside of Burlington with a 10-15 minutes to drive to restaurants, nightlife and activities making it a great spot to stay if you're looking for a night out or relaxing beachfront stay in.

    But just a message/phone call away!

    Conveniently located off East Lakeshore Drive. Beach front neighborhood, with a busy community in the summer months. Many friendly people, and places to visit! Bayside park is across the road- large playground, minutes to Burlington's local eatery. Marina access just down the road.

    There is Uber and Lyft, plus our local bus transport.
