8 of us family members (4 couples) in Colchester area for the NSRA show in Essex Junction. House was well located and convenient. Rooms and amenities were adequate, we enjoyed ourselves.

Great spot for our family

The house was very clean, just as described. We loved the large yard with beautiful flower gardens.

The house was big. This house had central AC which helped in the humid weather. Very clean although the kitchen cabinets were very outdated.

Colchester Middle Rd property

Online description mentioned that there was a hot tub which was NOT on property. Bath towels were awful. There was sand in the sheets of one bed.

Needs instructions

I believe we were the first guests at this home the home itself was ok, but there was no instructions for what was expected of us when we left. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to operate the furnace and tv remote. They could use some more softer towels and bedding. It got chilly and we had to search for a blanket. It was an older home in a nice neighborhood and convenient to surrounding communities.
