Amazing staff

Nice hotel which suited a need for a simple bed for night. However the staff were over and above for service. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is rated as a 4-star hotel, but it definitely is not. The pull out bed was dirty and the thin cover was dotted with marks and very unkept. The breakfast was very mediocre. I usually enjoy a buffet but this time I couldn't stomach to finish one plate! I was glad that our stay was only one night as I would not be staying there again.

Amazing night at the hotel. We loved it and the dogs loved it. Great staff and Elaine was a star. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had. We'll all be back.

Hooray for Holiday Inn

Couldn’t have wished for a better overnight stay. Conveniently placed just off the A12 the staff were welcoming; pool and spa very good as was the food both for dinner and generous breakfast. Gluten free provision was excellent too. Top marks all round.
