Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property. The living area was larger than expected. The dock was awesome with the ramp for the little ones to get in the water. Their own private beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Great week!

Very private location with nice lake views and dock. Had a great stay and Kyle was very helpful with everything. Nice place with quiet setting yet still only 15-20 minutes from downtown Burlington. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Location

We booked this lake house for a short vacation. It is situated on a private lot with direct lake access and beautiful views. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Kyle was wonderful to work with and quickly made everything right. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend tranquil days by the lake.

Special spot on Lake Champlain

My family from California had a wonderful stay on the shores of Niquette Bay. We spent the whole week on the incredible dock. The water depth and cleanliness was perfect for swimming. Very private setting. Kyle and caretaker Josh were accessible throughout the week. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Cozy, clean, and had all we needed

Stayed here with a group of friends for a local pond hockey tournament. House had all we could ask for, was clean, comfortable and location was perfect between the Lake and Burlington. Kyle was quick to communicate with, accommodated our late check out request and helped make our trip easy and that much more fun. Highly recommend his place - quite clear it’s the perfect spot to enjoy during any time of the year!

Great Home with Amazing Location!

We were visiting the area for the long holiday weekend, and could not have stayed at a better place! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was great, and we cooked steaks on the grill. If you want an amazing view, this house is for you. We spent each night sitting outside listening to the water, and enjoying the fresh air. If you appreciate the outdoors, this is the spot!

Everything you nerd

Love this place! Second time here, and was able to take advantage of everything, the dock, the kayaks, the hot tub, and of course the house. Proximity to Burlington is ideal for a fatty trip while the property provides plenty of privacy. Sleeping arrangements did the trick, with 5 of us in the loft amongst the two beds and 3 air mattresses (provided by the property). Cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Lake Champlain House

This lake house accommodated our family of 8 comfortably. Each of our adult children with their partners had a comfortable, clean bedroom to themselves. The kitchen was very well equipped, we enjoyed creating several family dinners in this space. As we visited during a hot week we spent a lot of time in the lake which is accessed down a several tier staircase onto a huge dock. Lake Champlain is a wonderful clear, temperate, fresh lake. With the water toys offered it was very relaxing and everyone was happy.

Great property winter/summer. Huge, well equipped, cozy, nice lake view/access, near main highway.

We enjoyed a great stay here for 6 nights during a family getaway and skiing at Stowe in Dec ‘22. It is a fine property right on Lake Champlain. We are a family of four adults. The place could easily accommodate another whole family with each group having private sleeping space and bathroom. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen has no shortage of dishes and Utensils. Modern appliances include gas stove, dishwasher, bbq, laundry, plus many others. Hot tub on the deck of master bedroom walkout is quite new and offers amazing lake views. Easy access to the lake down a set of stairs. The bay is very deep - 50 feet - so it would be fun for swimming off the dock and boating (although our stay was in winter). Access to property is via a municipally maintained gravel road about 7 minutes from the interstate highway. Road and private driveway are well maintained. Two gas stations are nearby with basics and beer/wine. Burlington is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shops. 2 TVs (no cable). Wifi, Karaoke machine (did not try it). Lots of board games. Air conditioning, central heat, fireplace, wood burning stove. The host Kyle is friendly, quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The place offers the best of both worlds - a remote lakeside experience in the woods yet with the comfort of luxury accommodation. I highly recommend Camp Lawton!
