"Check-in desk was friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and stocked with necessities. Breakfast had a good variety with delicious omelettes and sausages. When I alerted a staff member about the orange juice that ran out, she promptly refilled the dispenser. Just an overall great lodging experience. "

"It was a very pleasurable stay. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nicely remodeled, and the staff was cordial and friendly. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. "

"Everything really good at this hotel, except the bed. Since all we used the hotel for was an overnight stay on our hitting the road again, getting a good nights sleep was important. Mattress was very uncomfortable and might have been a foam because we were sweating on the bottom, chilly on the top. We had to turn constantly through the night, due to heat issue and because overall the mattress was not comfortable. We woke tired, and our body out of sorts. Change the mattress and we’d come back in a heartbeat when we come to Siloam Springs again. "

"It was perfect for a day get away I loved the chill area outside and that we were able to bring our Sphinx kitty I would definitely stay there again!"

"The room had an awful smell and I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls so loudly that I thought we should have been on a first name basis. I could hear the tv from both my neighbors, which meant I couldn't sleep until they did. The ice machine didn't work and the snacks in the vending machine were cheap and stale. Breakfast was something I imagine is like you get in jail, as another guest said "this tastes like the eggs I got in prison". The staff was rude. When I asked for ice she said to go to the machine and when I told her it was broke, she said then there is nothing I can do for you. One thing I was pleased about, no bugs! My suggestion, and what I will do next time...get an Airbnb. "

"The property is extremely well kept and a great place to go with families. You don’t necessarily have to leave at all because there are multiple restaurants within the property as well as bars. We had a lovely dinner one night next to a fire pit while performers were doing live country music on stage. It was very lovely! Wish the outdoor pool wasn’t closed, would have loved to tan outside and order from the bar out there. Staff was accommodating however and gave us arcade credits in return for the pool being closed for construction. "

"The outside of the place looks awful with the window screens all cut up and the ac units bent up. The room was awful. The arm chair had a huge stain and the fabric was shredded up. The floor was sticky. It was just a very run down property. They shouldn’t be able to show pictures like they do bc the pictures aren’t correct. The hotel is non smoking but literally next to the lobby door there were people sitting outside smoking. So if you want a non smoking place, don’t go here. The property as a whole looked in poor shape and the area wasn’t good. "
