"I always stay here in Boston. This time I had all my family here too. 4 rooms. Hotel staff was great and super helpful from check in to check out. Front desk saved me twice this trip. Valet parking is worth every penny. Fast and super helpful. Location is central to a lot of Boston sites. Easy walk to lots of things. "

"Really great stay overall! All of the staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel also offers AM & PM shuttle bus service, complimentary breakfast & unlimited premium coffee! There were just a couple of minor issues — my bedsheet had a few small black spots, and one of the towels had a very strong bleach smell. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall experience. The location is also quite convenient, although I personally didn’t feel very safe walking alone around the area at night. Still, for the room size and pricing in Manhattan, this hotel offers excellent value. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel staff were great, the check in and out process was super easy, the location was amazing. The hotel is pretty and old, bare bones and basic. We visited in April/May and the a/c wasn't quite enough, it might be pretty hot in the summer. Overall, the stay was very nice."

"This is a busy, well located hotel near to Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle. But the hotel took 40 minutes to check in, the room was grubby and the blinds had fallen down on one of the windows which couldn’t be fixed until the next day and then it only went up halfway. On two nights I went to the bathroom to find a couple of cockroaches in the sink. There is no bar or restaurant but fortunately there are plenty nearby. Also the tv didn’t work. Not great and I stay in NYC regularly. I won’t be returning. "

"1 of 6 elevators working for floors 1-15. Took almost 10 mins to get one to floor 10. 5 mins to get one going down and hit every floor"

"The room were very clean, and the free breakfast was great. The room was small and felt crowded without enough space to put your luggage. I didn't like the elevator situation when it was crowded. You had to provide your floor number, and it automatically assigned you to an elevator. Upon our arrival, there was a long wait and then we went past our floor and then stopped at several other floors on the way back down without anyone getting on or off. It seems inefficient but it worked better when there were less people."
