"Stayed in a family room for 1 night to break up a long journey. Arrived late but we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit cramped but was okay for our needs as we were going onward the next day. The beds were comfortable and considering the hotel is conveniently situated next to the A1 the room was quiet. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. There is the facility to book packed lunches but you need to book the night before. Overall a good friendly hotel. We would stay again if ever we’re passing through again. "

"Cannot say enough how wonderful this hotel is, the bed was so comfortable and had lovely cosy linens on it, the room itself was well done up and had a view of a beautiful clock tower, and the breakfast served was amazing! Our only regret is not eating supper at the restaurant, I’m sure it would have been amazing too!"

"Great location next to main road but only a short walk into Dunbar. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value food deals with extensive menu. Great breakfast. First time at a Marstons Inn but will definitely use them again."
