"Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. "This hotel, although a one night stay was incredible. Everything from the beds to the robes were very comfortable and the view was just amazing. Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. Overall, this hotel was an awesome stay and I would highly recommend it!"

"Great location, a short walk from the town centre and the excellent Merano therm baths (the pool photo in the pictures with the property). The room was really nice with AC, it was large and well equipped. There is a pretty patio on the roof. With nice views of the mountains. The parking onsite is really useful but quite expensive. A lovely place."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
