Access to the Cape Royale community amenities (marina & store with boat ramps, pool ($90 fee for use), tennis, pickle ball & basketball court as well as sand volleyball). Spend your days on Lake Livingston with your loved ones when you bring your boat along. Kayaks and Canoe available for your use.
