Overall great stay for a short weekend. The staff was very friendly. The view from our suite was great. The property is a bit dated outside but some upgrades to suites were good inside. Location was great for what we needed and we would stay again.

It was a bit of a walk, crossing the bridge to our room, but the Staff was very quick in providing a ride from the car to our room. Our room was cleaned daily, and the view was breathtaking. I would recommend this resort, and you would need to rent a car

The customer service was really great. Jeanysse, Serth,Ivanna and all the front desk workers were great and very helpful. The belly boys, the housekeepers and the securities provided wonderful service.Management just needs to update the accommodations for the guest. See you next year.😊

Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel is very old and needs some work. Our couch was peeling and falling apart, there were holes all Over the walls. The front desk staff is very kind. But I wouldn’t stay here again. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in our room, but the time we did spend was unpleasant.

Overall my stay was okay. More effort could have been taken when it comes to house keeping cleaning the room. The bed was made but floors were not swept or moped. Also the air vent in the bathroom did not work but the room was in somewhat of in a good condition. I would say this property has a lot of potential of being an amazing place to stay just needs a little more maintance.
