La Casa Blue est située tout en haut du lotissement résidentiel d`Almond Grove, un des plus prisé de la partie Hollandaise.

L`entrée de la Villa est au bout d`une petite ruelle, avec assez de place pour garder 2 voitures.

La Villa CasBlue est implantée sur un terrain en pente de 2000 m2, ce qui lui procure une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes, à bonne distance des villas voisines.

On accède par une jolie porte bleue qui s`ouvre sur un même niveau sur la piscine, la terrasse semi ombragée et les 100 m² habitables composés de :

* la cuisine américaine,
* le salon ventilée,
* une chambres climatisée et sa salle de bain privative,
* deux chambres ventilées se partageant une deuxième salle de bain.

Un étage plus bas, on accès au jardin, à la buanderie et aux hamacs de la Villa.

La situation en hauteur de la Villa, et son exposition aux Alizées garantissent aux voyageurs une température toujours agréable.

Les voyageurs auront accès à la totalité de la villa.

Nous sommes disponibles durant le séjour des voyageurs notamment via whatsapp et pouvons nous déplacer en cas de nécessite. Le ckeck out se fera en présence du Manager

Proche super marché et proche Simpson Bay, cœur de la vie nocturne à Sint Maarten

Une voiture de location est vivement recommandée et très abordable.

Sinon, vous trouverez facilement des taxis.

La piscine et la terrasse ne sont pas adaptées à des enfants de moins de 12 ans.

Les avions de l`aéroport international décollent, et passe non loin de la Villa ; une vrai attraction pour les voyageurs.
