"Absolutely peaceful getaway! We spent the night here for a quiet, unplugged, & peaceful getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was fresh and spotless clean and not overwhelmed with artificial plug-in deodorizers (like many are). While there is a big TV and plenty of movies & games, we literally sat on the screened in porch and enjoyed the view until the sky was dark and again at sunrise. "Let me first say that the house was adorable, clean and had comfy beds. The deck has 2 locking gates for kids or privacy and was spacious. I worked outside on my laptop 2 days and enjoyed the lake and gentle breeze. It was nice to have real toilet paper and full size toiletries (I brought my own but it was a nice touch). Now….. "Everything was as described in the listing: two bedrooms, one bath, very spacious living space and spotless! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Location was close enough to many things but not too close. The neighborhood was quiet. Easy check in and check out! The hosts are great, even making a safety call to notify us of a tornado warning and inviting us to use their basement, if desired. We highly recommend staying in this cottage! Perfect for two couples!"

"The cabin itself was very cozy and worked perfectly for our stay. I know if we were here in the regular season it would be amazing. However, since it was the off season and in a super cold snap there was some issues with keeping hot water. But we loved it. The people were great. The property managers were very nice and thoughtful. We were able to visit our family and it worked out great. I am happy to recommend this place to others. "

It was immaculate, felt so comfortable and homey. The kitchen and living area felt a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The beds were very, very comfortable.
