"Had a few issues here. 1st room the TV, plugs and outlets didn't work, no hair dryer, the safe didn't work. Changed rooms and also outlet issues and no safe. Big lack of lightening in both rooms. Hot water from the cold water handle. Central air/ heat control so had to have space heater brought up. One elevator door stuck closed for a few minutes. Very noisy between rooms and street sirens, etc. the Staff and Breakfast were good. Most ice machines on various floors didn't work. Maid didn't replace / leave cups or ice bags. Dbl bed room and bathroom were VERY SMALL? Will not stay at this hotel again."
