"These are luxury studio apartments. Extreme attention to detail! Extremely clean, comfortable and it has all amenities! Stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. It's close to bus stops and there are plenty of taxis. It's a very safe and very nice neighborhood. We ended up booking 2 more nights. Cleaning crew extremely honest! I had forgotten a piece of jewelry in my room and it was immediately returned to me. I would give this place 100 stars if I could."

"Loved the property, the location and the amenities (sauna, gym, pool). Fernando was great. Rental price was fair. My only criticism is that in the "small print" on the listing is a 60 cash cleaning fee payable locally. It is there among the other property rules (no parties, etc.) and I missed it when I booked (my fault) but "add-on" fees like that annoy me a bit. Just include that fee in the overall price of the rental, in my opinion. But a small complaint for an otherwise great rental."

"Stunning apartment, great facilities (indoor pool, gym), friendly security at front desk, awesome balcony views, amazing location by so many restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to do tourist sites too. "This is by far the best, most comfortable and safe place we have stayed in BA, the apartment is clean, spacious, with lot of lighting and big rooms, the owner is very helpful, privacy is one of the best features here. Only residents have access to the building. Private garage. One of my fav things was that I was able to have clean clothes everyday as the apartment have a washer machine! The kitchen is equipped with everything we need it. In general above and beyond my expectations ! Thanks...
