"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement."

Initial mess with check in was related to the fact I never got an email supposedly sent to me 2 weeks earlier, than the person responsible for delivery ofbthe keys did not speak any English, on top of that she insisted that one gate was open, when actually was locked...finally someone from the street helped us. "The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there."

"The Property was nice and the pool lovely but there were small items that really let it down. There was only one medium towel each, no smaller towels for the bathroom or spare towels for swimming pool use and shower. There was only one pillow each, no spares, some people do need to sleep with their head raised, it's normal to have spare pillows. "The house in Roses was gorgeous with a beautiful pool and view of the town. It was spacious and comfortable and suited our family well. We would have appreciated more proactive communication as well as additional towels, soap, trash bags, etc which are usually included in rentals to make our stay easier. Still it was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay."

"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."
