Room clean and well furnished , we were in the annex away from the main hotel, it was quiet but a fair distance from the breakfast room. If there is more than one person sharing a room request 2 keycards as the lights in the room and bathroom go out when the keycard is removed from the box. Which could be awkward if using the shower. Staff helpful and friendly, we only had breakfast but it was very nice and well presented. Wifi poor couldn't receive emails and messages.

I was recommended this lovely hotel by a friend living in Coleraine and then made a three-night reservation via Expedia, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen and extremely difficult personal problems, I had to cancel the visit at the last moment. I contacted the hotel reception and received very kind support and although my contract did not allow cancellation without fees I contacted Expedia who together with The Hotel Management gave me excellent customer sales service and resolved the problem. Unusually nowadays, it was very easy for me to contact Expedia Customer Service whose response was rapid and extremely helpful.

No so great experience tbh. We paid £144 for one night incl breakfast and the evening food and breakfast was below par. Staff were ok but for that price we were given a room in the annex building which was very dated, basic and had no water bottles in the room for £144 a night. Won’t be staying again
