They have bed bugs, our toilet was clogged, we couldnt watch our tv until midnight cause the front desk person had to go get a roku from walmart and they vrought it to our room at midnight and they couldnt make a key for our room so we had to stay in the room when we got it or have them let us in witb their master key. It was very clean other than the bedbugs and all the workers were friendly and helpful.

Upon entering hotel horrible odor all through hallways. Room didn’t smell. When. Checking in with as told no tv and no hot water. Also observed pool was closed. Was told beds was comfortable. They were not and very thinn little blankets.

No pool, no breakfast, no WiFi, the ac unit leaked all over the floor, front desk people were nice but had trouble understanding them, the beds were comfortable, pillows not so much, mini fridge was unplugged. It’s perfect for someone just needing a place to crash for the night.

There were windows broken, the smell down the hall was nearly unbearable, no blankets, only sheets, much repair needed in the room, the faucet, the bathroom door handle (don’t get trapped), the fan in the bathroom, etc. The room served it’s purpose.

This is a unique place. It's right of the interstate, but quiet except for people letting doors slam. The west door to the building has a broken access, so it's open all night. Staff asked to see my service animal certificate. I told them they were welcome to ask, but I'm not, by law, obligated to show it to them. They them wanted $20 cash. I refused. They relented and they're were no other issues. As far as the room, it was pretty clean and i had no issues. For the money, it's worth the stay.

Under new management and they are struggling. No breakfast, pool and elevator closed, ice machine broken, limited linens and staff didn’t seem to understand what we needed.Their debit/credit machine was not working; required cash payment! Staff very slow in registering guests into their computer system. Hallways and room had cheap laminate flooring. Noted some screens off windows. Staff was friendly and seemed to want our stay to be pleasant. There was hot water for showers, the AC worked well and the beds weren’t too bad.

Waheed was on staff and he provided excellent service.He treated me very well. He took great care of me during my stay. He was s gentleman and he made me feel at home. For these reasons I highly recommend the hotel. I intend on staying in the hotel on my next trip. Thank you Waheed .

Late night manager (I assume) and a maintenance guy (I assume) were walking back and forth on the 1st floor hallway talking loudly and unnecessarily from about 10pm until 12:30am with no regard of anyone staying at a hotel to actually get some sleep.
