"Everyone in the staff has been so friendly and really gone over the top to help accommodate me. Annie in housekeeping grabbed me extra coffee packets and made sure I had extra towels. She is very thoughtful and nice. Percy at the bar always came out to the pool to make sure I had water or a beverage and that I was doing ok. She also took great care of my for dinner and drinks at the bar. Kevin (or Keith!) at the front desk as well and Symone? have been very helpful in booking extra days for me that I didn't anticipate. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I could keep my same room and that I was taken care of. Joseph the manager has checked on me via email to ensure everything has been seamless and enjoyable. The chef in the kitchen (Brian maybe?) made me a delicious meal ! And was consistently a friendly face. This team is a great one! Thank you. "

"Where do I begin? Absolutely amazing experience and I love that there is only 1 of these but really would also wish they had a chain of these hotels everywhere. When I say amazing experience I really mean it! Where do I begin? Prior to checking in they were communicative and friendly. Parking included! I walked in and the front desk was so friendly and easy check in process. Not only did he provide me a great break down, we got moscato as a check in token, but they also had an amazing aroma and smell. The back patio was a beautiful vibe. Where do I begin with the room? Modern, spacious, beautiful accents and interior designing, beds so comfortable I was floating, espresso machine, complimentary waters, and the best part: THE JEAN ROBES WAS MAGICAL! WiFi was fast and prompt and the whole experience was just top notch. The breakfast was limited but the muffin and coffee was appreciated and delicious for our drive back. I can’t wait to come back just to stay longer at this hotel. Thank you hotel denim for pure hotel excellence."
