"This was an amazing place run by amazing people to the highest standards of quality. You’re literally living in a compound with seven or so small houses. I a main house that house’s a very fine restaurant. there’s a gorgeous pool and everything is of the highest quality gardening and spacing with wonderful little paths. It’s in a great neighborhood, the staff is first class at the owner and his wife are charming people who ensure the hospitality you receive is nothing but the finest."

"We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication. Thanks to her thoughtful care, my cousin recovered quickly. Later in our stay, when we experienced sunburn, Ms. Neyla immediately provided soothing cream for our faces, once again showing her genuine dedication to guest well-being. Breakfast, which was included with our reservation, was excellent—no complaints at all. Dinner was also prepared with great care and was truly enjoyable. At the end of our visit, Ms. Neyla informed us that the soup she had prepared for my cousin was offered as a courtesy, which we deeply appreciated. We are sincerely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Ms. Neyla. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to returning in the future."

"Casa La Galeana is a beautiful boutique hotel in Chacras de Coria. The rooms are big and spacious, with plenty of sitting areas and very comfortable beds. Showers are clean with strong water pressure, and the bathroom setup includes a bidet. Parking is easy and convenient. Breakfast is included and very good, and one of the nights they hosted a small gathering where you could buy dinner on-site. Staff are kind and attentive, and the overall vibe is calm and relaxing. The pool is not heated, but it’s great for cooling down on a warm day. There are a few beach chairs around the pool, plenty of greenery, and peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy. I took a small speaker, went for a swim, cooled off, and enjoyed the surroundings. The area is safe and walkable, with many restaurants nearby. It’s a great stay if you want comfort, space, and a quiet base close to everything in Chacras."

"We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is beautiful with lovely rooms and a nice pool and garden area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and let us check in early. Breakfast was also a highlight with lots of healthy fruit and veg options."

"In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes are incredible. We would love to go back to Cielo on our next trip. Thank you Cielo team - your kindness was greatly appreciated "
