On the main level, you will find a small living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative feature, along with a dining table and television. Adjacent to this space is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an additional dining table. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The first bedroom contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, the second bedroom offers 3 single beds, and the third bedroom features 1 single bed.
