Woning gelegen in een (volle) woonwijk aan het einde van een pad. Woning heeft boven onder schuin dak 2 slaapkamers met elk 2 slaapplaatsen. In de woonkamer is eventueel nog plaatst voor 2 personen deze kunnen dan gebruik maken van het slaapbankje.
