"We just loved this spot! The layout of the property, our coffees on the deck area overlooking the property, Siegfried our host, just so many good things. The kitchen is equipped with the bare essentials. We didn’t cook at all there, so that wasn’t an issue. The bed was quite a bit different from what we are used to - more on the hard side. "The view from the balcony is great. It is up high and overlooks the bay. The pool is awesome but the pool staff are not so good. For a good portion of the trip, they had children running the bar. Even when we were the only ones at the pool, it sometimes took 20-30 minutes to get a drink. Sometimes they took our order and then sat down and played on their phones. Very bizarre. They hardly ever had change so we got shorted at times. Very few of the staff speak English so be prepared for that. The...

"The house is lovely with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had, a stunning domed roof ceiling in the bedroom, good shower, comfortable bed and good internet so ticks lots of boxes. It is on the edge of town and has some industrial neighbours which made it very noisy. Happy folks are working hard but it is something to know about. It’d be best to have a car or rent bicycles if staying here as taxis were hard to come by at least when we were there. The walk into town was about 18 minutes. If...
