"Unique hotel. Good location between city center and airport. Bus stop to city center across the street from hotel."

"would stay there again"

"Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood without the mobs of tourists. The building is beautiful and quite sprawling. I was on the 2nd floor and had incredible views of Dean village. On clear days you can see quite far beyond the city into the mountains and sea. My room was spacious and well stocked with coffee, espresso, tea, dishes, flatware, etc. I had control over the heat which i loved. The bed was quite comfortable and the furniture was quite nice. "The gentleman at the front desk was amazing, accommodating and full of suggestions. He was amazing. Room was in excellent condition. Loved it"

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"I had a single room and it was perfect for travelling solo. Very comfortable bed, quiet area, lovely housekeeping staff. Definitely would stay there again."

"Zentrumsnahes Hotel, dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Wirklich empfehlenswert."

"Map describing the area of location would be great on check in as would the explantion of ways to connect with a concierge person for questions about Edinburgh code for entering bldg as well as apartment was genious! stay was delightful as was proximity to Haymarket trainn station!"

"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"Great stay"

"Very nice, very convinient. Room was very hot though with no fan (and we stayed in January). If there was a fan wouldve been perfect."

"Lovely decor and fittings. Great location and easy links to all parts of the city"

"Great apartment, no complaints!!"
