Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. "Great hotel with wonderful staff. They even upgraded my room to a junior suite, which was amazing. I had a package delivered before my check-in, and the staff kindly received it on my behalf as requested. The breakfast was perfect, and the location is excellent; just a 2-minute walk from Turro metro station. I loved my stay and will definitely return!"
