Former, recently renovated stone farmhouse, located within a large farm residence, all fenced, 30 km from Siena and 60 km from Florence, in the heart of Chianti. In the main building of the cottage we have been made 8 apartments, all in our offer, renovated, but trying to keep the original architectural features with beamed ceilings and floors in typical Tuscan terracotta. Guests can enjoy long walks and cycling and stop or catch fish at the edges of the two large lakes around the farm. Common room for tastings, dinners, receptions and weddings. Point of sale of typical Tuscan products, in part of its production (olive oil, wine and salami) and agribusiness Siena. Each apartment has furnished outdoor area. Child friendly, simple, comfortable farmhouse from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 9 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 3 km from the centre of Casole d'Elsa, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: property, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 03.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Beautiful Farm turned apartments

The drive to the farm is lovely, and the farm itself has been beautifully converted into a vacation spot. Beautiful place to watch sunset with a glass of wine, which they sell from their own grapes. The apartment we had was huge, more than enough for my wife, 2 kids, and grandma. The host reached out to us via whatsapp, speaks great English, and was accommodating for our arrival time. We did a day trip to Pisa and another to Florence. Overall a great spot to rest or take day trips from.
