Be prepared for lots of stair climbing, which was not a problem for us. Also, there is very little sound absorption, so sounds travel easily around the townhouse. "

Giant fenced in backyard with a fire pit and smores for the kids as well. Tons of fur blankets which our girls loved to snuggle up in to watch movies on a cold November night. Also it's right next to Southall Farm & Inn which is a huge plus."
