This adorable cottage is less than a mile from campus which makes it the perfect place to stay for game days or anytime in Aggieland! It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The sofa turns into a queen bed in the living room. Included for the sleeper sofa is a mattress topper to add to the comfort. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, mini charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, Wifi and all bath linens. The little blue cottage couldn't be better located to campus and shops, but still very quiet. The shaded patio was perfect. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We felt right at home and would 10/10 stay here again.

This was a great overnight place to crash with our dogs when we came to visit our daughter for her birthday. The yard made it easy to let them roam some and not have to be leashed constantly when outside. Will def book again when we go back.

I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and book again 😊

This little house was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs to stay while visiting College Station. The location was excellent! There’s a great park to walk to dogs and everything in town was easily accessible. Page was quick to respond with any issue we had. We would definitely stay again!
