This is a second story unit. You will be close to everything Bryan and College Station has to offer, but you will have to use the stairs. This unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Nobody is perfect, however we strive to provide a 5 star experience for all of our guests, so let us know if there's anything we can do better during your stay to make this your best experience on AirBnb.

We chose the property for the convenience to TAMU and the price. It was perfect for a small family birthday celebration weekend with my son. The property was updated inside with comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the basic essentials for baking a cake and preparing snacks. I was concerned when I realized a water plant facility was just behind the property. There was a slight odor outside but once inside it wasn’t an issue. Just don’t plan to use the patio for morning coffee.

Overall sufficient for what we needed. A few things could be tweaked. The creamer for coffee was not stocked, so we had to go buy some. The liner in the bedroom bathroom shower is orange from mold and could be washed, and I think the cleaner left their trash bag hanging from the laundry closet door. Property was clean and the AC works great!

This property was great!. Clean and comfortable. All amenities were as listed and Kameron, our host, was very responsive and professional. Would have liked the check-out to be 11 instead of 10, but would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is not new, but it has been thoroughly updated with contemporary furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Unlike many rentals, this unit had enough towels, dish soap, coffee, etc. for our comfort. The pictures accurately represent the interior. Heating and cooling worked well. There was a specific parking area for the building. The unit is in an area with many other apartments and houses. It is also close to a wastewater treatment plant. There is no odor inside the apartment and only sometimes a mild odor outside, so I would stay here again as the price was very good for the size of the apartment.

This place is super cute. Nice decor. Very clean and as pictured. A/C worked great. Sofas are super comfy to watch tv which was a smart tv which we streamed our shows on. 2 parking spots in front of upstairs unit. The bed was a tempur-pedic mattress that was firm but comfortable. Pillows were hard so if you prefer soft pillows then bring your own. Would definitely rent again.

The apartment was just right for our needs. We were in town for Regional 4A Tennis tournaments, and the school was so close!! My only negative would be that the beds were just not soft enough. Put toppers on them and this place is A+!!!
