Convenient stay
This place was exactly as listed, quiet neighborhood and perfect for 4 people. We could’ve used some blankets in the living room while hanging and watching TV but it had everything we needed otherwise.

Nice split-level duplex with bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Just on the south side of College Station, very close to and convenient for visiting Texas A&M university. Would stay here again!

Located very close to hwy 6. The property does not look like much from the outside, but the inside was very nice and clean. Very comfortable place. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for a football game weekend. The place was very reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. Nice, big TV to watch some college football while not at the A&M game. Location was easy to get to. Only one bath towel per person and no washcloths so may want to bring your own. Owner was very responsive to communication. There are 4 units in the building and would like the listing of this unit letter to be a bit more clear. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend.

A place to crash but not hangout
Pet pee stains in both bedrooms; AC didn’t consistently work; dead flies in the refrigerator…it just wasn’t a place I would want to hangout or cook in. But if you just need a place to sleep it’s ok.
