"We stayed in Dave's lovely home for 1 month while our own home was under renovation. Our college student joined us and the house was perfect for the 3 of us. The upstairs suite with king bed, laundry room, bathroom, and lounge area was perfect for the returning college student. The rest of the house was great, and our dogs loved the backyard. The location was perfect... every time we put in directions we were 2 miles from where we needed to be. And Dave was great!"

"This huge house fit my family of 6, plus some extended family, 12 in all. The driveway was a bit narrow getting in but we fit 5 cars in the parking area out back. The house is visibly historic, so there were some things that could be updated like the trim and other cosmetic items, but it was fuctional and spacious. There was some food left in the fridge and cabinets that were not properly sealed, so we disposed of them. I was asked to clean the grill after we used it, but it didn't look like it...

"Eight of us travelled to Philadelphia to celebrate a family birthday. We stayed in this lovely home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was beautifully decorated and maintained, spotless, and included many nice amenities. Host was very helpful and accommodating. "We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!"

"The house overlooks a lake and a horse corral. It is large enough that my family members had a lot of privacy we had beautiful weather and we made use of the pool each day. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool didn’t have a hand rail to get in and out of it. I would go back again"

"It was a spacious home with nice bathrooms with plenty of space in the bedrooms and a room for a work area. The basement had comfortable recliners with a small bathroom and shower. It was a quiet area with friendly neighbors. Climate control was easy and kept us cool and comfortable. The living room and dining room was comfortable!
