"Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen, in welcher uns Paolo bei Bedarf immer tatkräftig unterstützt hat, trotz sprachlicher Probleme (sprechen kein Italienisch). Die Aussicht war einfach nur schön!!! Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, eventuell wäre ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen angebracht. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir trotz der Mücken...

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ideal unter Pinien in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Schade ist, dass man Bett- und Frotteewäsche selbst mitbringen muss. Das führt zu zusätzlichem Reisegepäck. Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut und wir werden das Haus wieder mieten."

The house was located just off of a rugged country road near the historic town of Chianni, where there are many good restaurants. "My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt. Sehr gut war die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Da haben wir einige Male riesige Bistecca Fiorentina und frische Fische gegrillt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. "Appartamento ben arredato con grande terrazza e vista magnifica sulle colline. Ho apprezzato molto cenare fuori alla luce della luna piena e approfittare sin dal mattino della bella atmosfera. La piscina è molto vicina e Gina è stata fantastica ad accoglierci e darci consigli dall'inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Grazie e a presto! "

"Es war toll hier! Die Wohnung gefiel uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) sehr gut. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Der Pool war wunderschön und man konnte jederzeit hineinspringen. Die Region hat einiges zu bieten: Meer, Strand, alte Dörfer und Städtchen und tolle Landschaften."
