"Andrew and Andy could not have been more gracious and hospitable. Friendly and helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The building is old and with plenty of character, beautiful frescoes ceiling in the rooms, only as it is located right in the centre of town it may be a little noisy in the morning but the rest more than makes up for it and we would definitely go back. Thank you Andrew and Andy!"

After Alice in Wonderland like instructions full of codes and corridors and doors with more codes you arrive in a beautiful salon with comfortable chairs, big windows, piles of books and tons of fresh cakes and cookies and coffee! "This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"Well run accommodation catering to the needs of early morning flight travellers. It does this very well. Clean bathrooms and room with ample sockets for devices handily located next to the beds. Early afternoon check in was much appreciated. Basic breakfast and ok coffee included from 3:30am. 5 mins easy walk to the airport security queue. AC wouldn't go below 23c. It switched itself off during the night so it was 27 when we woke up. The fan only worked when the light was on. It was quiet but...

"The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside."
