"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. "Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time. The pool is large enough with an AMAZING view on the valley and on Trevi! We have a very good welcome and availibity of the renter. By the way, they produce a good olive oil locally. Thanks again! "Die Ferienwohnung ist eher eine Doppelhaushälfte, als eine Wohnung. Im Eingangsgeschoss sind die Wohnbereiche mit Wohnen, Essplatz, Küche und WC, im Obergeschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche untergebracht. In einem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im anderen Zimmer stehen drei Einzelbetten. Des gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll im italienischen Landhausstil eingerichtet.
