"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes...

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van het mooie Spoleto. Rust en ruimte. Vrij uitzicht vanuit het gras naast de voordeur. Binnen ruimte genoeg. Verbeterpuntje: het installeren wifi, geen bereik en alleen wifi in de hoek van de tuin naar de buren. Ontdekking: behalve het meer bekende stadje Trevi ook het pittoreske Vallo di Nera ontdekt."

Im Eingangsgeschoss sind die Wohnbereiche mit Wohnen, Essplatz, Küche und WC, im Obergeschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche untergebracht. In einem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im anderen Zimmer stehen drei Einzelbetten. Des gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll im italienischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. "Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time. The pool is large enough with an AMAZING view on the valley and on Trevi! We have a very good welcome and availibity of the renter. By the way, they produce a good olive oil locally. Thanks again!
