"I chose the property on a quick visit to Fort Worth to move my son out of TCU. The property is clean and close to the university with easy access to everything. "We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family."
