"The location of this property was incredible. A very short walk to the tram and numerous restaurants. Very close to the MCG and a Supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away. It was quiet and clean. Everything was comfortable, however the kitchen/ combined lounge area is tight. This didn't bother us for the time we stayed. The bedrooms were all very well sized and the 2 bathrooms were helpful. When we had an inquiry, the owner phoned us immediately to assist.We didn't have any pets...

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."

"Lovely place with heaps of character. Communication couldn’t have been better and Jared was a superstar throughout. If you’re looking for a classic Collingwood cottage that’s super close to ‘everything’ Melbourne has to offer you won’t find much better. 5 stars! PS. The Goldy pub and the amazing Milk Bar 200m down the street is an added bonus. "
