"Wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, with tons of options including even an omelette and waffle station. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I had bad luck and happened to be staying a weekend when there was also a wedding and the hotel was quite full. My room was right by the elevator and ice machine and I asked to be moved, and unfortunately they couldn't abide because there were no vacant rooms due to the wedding. But I could barely hear a peep except for just an occasional loud kid here and there. Wonderful experience and I will stay here again when I'm back in St Louis"

"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It is very clean, staff are helpful, my accessible room was close to exit. Some hallway noise, but very quiet from outside. Dog welcoming. Breakfast has good variety. Easy access to freeway. Lots of close restaurants. I would recommend."

"My wife an I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency by the Gateway Arch. We came in from Nashville for a baseball game. The stadium is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Safe area. It was really nice to be able to bring our dogs. The National Park across the street offers a great place to walk the pups. Very dog friendly area. Hotel staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. 5 stars from us. Oh!!! And Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was fantastic! Jazz is a great server and highly recommended!"

"We stayed with a dance group at the drury in Collinsville over 3 nights/4 days. Let’s start with the staff. Simply amazing. I can’t remember names but the evening/night front desk was simply the nicest person we have meet. She was so sweet asking about our girls and sharing congratulation with them. Anything we asked she helped with. The general manager was also there and she was a Doll! There was some food in the microwave in our room and she personally went and cleaned it for us which I was more than happy to do myself but she wouldn’t have it. She was always smiling even though they were very busy and full with dance team and handball families. The fact you get breakfast and drinks and diner is amazing. We were able to hang out in the dining areas late and the staff didn’t mind. I would recommend this drury to anyone! Simply the best hotel stay we have ever had. "
