Studio equipped for 2 people located on the 1st floor, consisting of a main room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a living room-kitchen area (gas hob, mini oven, washing machine) with balcony opening onto the street, bathroom water, separate WC.. Small sea view from this balcony. To discover.
APARTMENT IN PEDESTRIAN STREET NOT ACCESSIBLE BY VEHICLES.

Bed made before arrival.

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
