  • ideally located facing the bay, on the beach, very sunny, in the heart of the village, decreasing rates depending on the duration, with a balcony on the entire facade where you can have breakfast in front of the bay. Located between the bell tower, the church and the Templar castle, the air-conditioned apartment offers two bedrooms and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom modern. Serviced by a lift, it is accessible to disabled people who do not have to travel to admire the view of the famous bay. Matisse and Derain stayed in this house when they came to Collioure.

Magical Stay

What is not to love every day when you walk out to the balcony and see the church to the left off the beach and the palace to the right. Great enjoyment watching the people along the beach everyday. Wonderful memories we have.

Great location - 20m from sea!!

This property was a wonderful discovery and just as described on Vrbo. Located in centre of Collioure, overlooking the main beach and bay - only 20m from balcony - in the midst of the huge number of restaurants and shops. The entire town is walkable and a car is not needed except for out of town bulk shopping. We were fortunate that a garage was available to rent at a reasonable cost as parking in Collioure is virtually impossible on most days. The apartment was ready on time, was immaculate and served by a useful lift. It lacked for nothing; amazingly well equipped and with TV, CD player, DVD player and even had binoculars. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, using the space well. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The greatest thing about this apartment is the owner and host, Suzanne Frere! We were welcomed with flowers, selection of home made jams and oranges. During the vacation she brought us other gifts and was very, very kind. Communication was easy, exchanges of damage deposit, cleaning cost and taxes were all simple and dealt with efficiently. Suzanne Frere is probably the nicest and most efficient of all the hosts we have had over the years with Vrbo bookings. Many, many thanks to her for a wonderful 4 weeks vacation.

Lovely beach location

Had a lovely week long stay here in late May with my daughter and her friend (both teens), great location right by Boromar beach and all the shops, which they loved. Apartment is nicely decorated and the owner a lovely lady, very helpful and even kindly helped me arrange our airport taxi at end of stay, merci beaucoup Suzanne

What a superb view!

This well equipped apartment is situated in a prime location on the Boramar sea front, overlooking the small picturesque harbour with the mountains as a backdrop. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every day and the view, with the ever changing light is something we will long remember. There is much to see and do in and around Collioure and the Tourist Office is a good source of information. Additionally, there are a number of books and leaflets in the apartment providing details about local events and also restaurants, of which there are many. Madame Suzanne, who welcomed us warmly, was happy to answer any questions we had and we enjoyed looking at some of her paintings which adorn the walls. The apartment had everything we needed, but we felt that the second bedroom, which has two bunk beds, would be better suited to a family with children. This is not a criticism of the facilities, as we were well aware of the sleeping arrangements before we booked, but were determined to have an apartment with an uninterrupted sea view and this certainly surpassed our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank madame Suzanne for her help and friendliness.

Very good accommodation in the perfect location.

Well equipped apartment with double bedroom and bedroom with two bunk beds. Good sized balcony overlooking one of the beaches in Collioure with the church and famous bell tower to the left and the castle to the right. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and gift shops. Free parking not a problem in late September but probably would be difficult at the height of the season. OK to drive to the apartment to drop bags etc. off after getting the remote control to open the barriers. Mme Frere very helpful. Railway station about 15 minutes away for trips to Perpignan or down the coast and just into Spain (Portbou).

Magnificent

Thank you for a fantastic holiday apartment! We were a family of four staying in this lovely apartment, which is situated right in the centre of Collioure. Having small children going to sleep early at night, we could still be part of the "night life" by enjoying the view of the beach and nearby cafés from the comfort of our own terrace, and we never felt disturbed by any noise. The apartment is stylish, clean, modern and has all facilities you can think of. Madame Frère is very pleasant and helpful, and this ensured we had a great time in the apartment during our stay in Collioure. Thank you again, we had a wonderful time and hope to return! Merci pour un appartement de vacances fantastique! Nous étions une famille de quatre personnes qui séjournaient dans ce charmant appartement, situé en plein centre de Collioure. Si les petits enfants vont dormir tôt la nuit, nous pourrions encore faire partie de la «vie nocturne» en profitant de la vue sur la plage et les cafés voisins de notre terrasse, et nous n'avons jamais été perturbés par aucun bruit. L'appartement est élégant, propre, moderne et dispose de toutes les installations que vous pouvez imaginer. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartment, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Es ist alles in allem ein Juwel direkt am Meer mit fantastischem Panorama , was man spätestens beim Betreten des Balkons feststellt. Die Vermieterin, Frau Frere, ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Besuch, denn auch das Wetter war für Anfang Oktober hervorragend!

la vue imprenable, la mer tous les jours, nuit et jour à vos pieds, cet appartement tout équipé nous a donné tout ce qu'un vacancier peut attendre. Un emplacement idéal au coeur de Collioure, des commerces très proches, du soleil, des animations et de trés beaux moments de détente. Nos enfants sont venus en train, la gare n'est qu'à deux pas de la mer et donc de l'appartement. Nous avons plaisir à revenir dans cet appartement.

Emplacement idéal

Cet appartement est idéalement situé (notamment hors saison), au cœur de l'animation de ce magnifique village de Collioure et tourné vers la mer et les montagnes. Dépaysement assuré ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Et bonne surprise, le balcon est plus grand qu'il n'y paraît ! Merci également à madame Frère très accueillante et disponible.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique à tous points de vue: L'appartement est très agréable, superbement agencé, l'emplacement... difficile de trouver mieux; Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner avec une vue sur ce superbe panorama!! Quant à Mme Frère, la propriétaire, c'est une personne très "arrangeante" et d'un contact très agréable. Collioure nous enchante toujours à chacun de nos séjours sur place. Que dire de plus si ce n'est vivement le mois d'Octobre, que l'on y retourne!! Josiane et Jean-Claude

Agréable séjour

A Collioure, rien ne manque pour passer un moment délicieux surtout hors saison, à l'image de cet appartement. Vue magnifique, très belle exposition pour profiter de la lumière de la côte Vermeille, balcon plus large qu'il n'y parait pour y déjeuner. Très bien équipé, lumineux, magnifiquement situé pour passer un agréable séjour au coeur de la ville.
